SAFETY IS HOPSKIPDRIVE'S TOP PRIORITY

HopSkipDrive ensures the safety of children by providing rides through CareDrivers, who are experienced caregivers with a minimum of 5 years of caregiving experience. These carefully selected CareDrivers undergo a thorough 15-point certification process, which includes rigorous background checks, fingerprinting, car inspections, and more. With over 2 million rides provided and a staggering 20 million safe miles driven, parents and caregivers can have peace of mind knowing that their children are in safe hands.

HopSkipDrive goes above and beyond to guarantee safety with additional measures such as patent-pending multifactor authentication process on pickup, GPS tracking, real-time transparency for parents and caregivers, and a dedicated Safe Ride Support team based in the US that monitors every ride.

EASILY ACCESS UP-TO-DATE RIDE DETAILS AND CAREDRIVER INFORMATION

If your child's transportation is arranged by their school or another organization, the HopSkipDrive app allows you to view upcoming rides conveniently. For families who directly book rides for their kids, the app allows you to add single rides, repeating rides, or multi-stop rides effortlessly. You can also leave specific instructions for pickup locations, such as signing your child out of school or accompanying them to extracurricular activities.

The HopSkipDrive app provides you with important details about your child's CareDriver in advance. This includes a photo, bio, and vehicle information, enabling you to have a complete understanding of who will be transporting your child and allowing you to prepare them accordingly.

REAL-TIME RIDE TRACKING FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS

HopSkipDrive offers real-time ride tracking directly within the app, giving parents and caregivers the ability to monitor their child's ride every step of the way. Whether the ride was booked by you or your child's school, you will receive notifications for each stage of the ride, including when the CareDriver is en route and when your child has been safely picked up and dropped off.

It is important to note that if a school or organization has booked the ride, they also have access to real-time tracking. In addition, HopSkipDrive's Safe Ride Support team continuously monitors all rides in progress for further assurance.

 <li>Mandatory live orientation with the HopSkipDrive team</li>
 <li>Adherence to the HopSkipDrive Community Guidelines</li>
 <li>Strict policies against drug or alcohol use while driving, discrimination, physical contact, or cell phone usage</li>
